RosettaNovel ("we", "us") is a web-novel reading and publishing platform operated by Rosetta Limited, available at rosettanovel.com and through our iOS application. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Apple (in-app purchases), Stripe (card payments on the web), our cloud hosting providers, and AI model providers that process translation and search requests on our behalf. Each receives only what is necessary to perform its function.
Account data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time in the iOS app via Profile → Delete Account, or by emailing us. Deletion is irreversible: your profile is anonymized, your balance is cleared, and your account can no longer be accessed. Transaction records are retained only as required by law and are no longer linked to a usable identity.
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS, and chapter content is additionally encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as hashes.
RosettaNovel is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
